Dated Khawzawl, the 10th March, 2021: Two days training on ‘Integrating Disaster Management Plan and Solid Waste Management Plan in GPDP’ has started today at  Zaingen YMA Hall, Khawzawl. The training which is designed solely for Village Council members within Khawzawl Town is being organized by SIRD&PR Extension Training Centre, Thingsulthliah. 

Speaking at the inaugural function, Pu H.Lalramenga, SDC, DM&R Nodal Officer lauded the SIRD&PR, Thingsulthliah ETC for organizing such important training at Khawzawl and expressed his hope that training would inculcate ideas to tackle disasters without much strains. He also highlighted the functions, roles and works done by Khawzawl District Disaster Management Authority. 

Pu Lalthanmawia Ralte, Principal SIRD&PR, Thingsulthliah ETC and Pu K. Lalbuatsaiha, Faculty are the resource persons for the  training.
