Aizawl; the 24th August,2021: Hon'ble Minister of State for Transport etc.Shri.  T.J. Lalnuntluanga  inaugurated  a newly constructed DTO office building  at Siaha, today.

This building was constructed under New Economy Development Policy(NEDP) and sanctioned amount was Rs.210.33lakhs, construction  works begun on 27.9.2016 and completed on 20.7.2020. The building has 3 storeys, comprising of Basement,Ground Floor,1st Floor and 2nd floor and it is of isolated foundation, RCC Frame Structure, RCC flat roofing and Half-Brick wall.Total plint area is 645.97sqm, and constructed by Contractor Mr.L.Lalrochama,New Colony,Siaha.

A brief inaugural function was held at DRDA conference Hall, and  Er.R.Lalriammawia, Director,Transport  Dept presided over the function and Minister Shri.TJ.Lalnuntlunga and Er.H.Lalzirliana,MLA and Vice-Chairman, Road & infrastructure Development Board graced the function as ,Chief Guest and Guest of Honour respectively.

In his inaugural Speech, Minister congratulated DTO office staff and all the stake holders in Siaha district for such a magnificent Building and hope that the new building will  remove all the inconveniences   

endured by customers during old building period and usher in a fresh and ambient atmosphere for staff and customers.
