A 12 member US delegation visited the NEC Secretariat on 3rd July, 2019 as part of the Professional Fellows Programme Outbound 2019.  The team met with Prof. Biman K.Dutta, Member, NEC, Shri Ram Muivah, Secretary, NEC and other officials of the NEC, discussing matters relating to the Government of India's Act East Policy.

The Delegation included members from the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, California State University, Philadelphia Department of Public Health, World Learning Washington, Takoma Park, Office of the Legislative Counsel, Sacramento.
